I create the conditions and structure for people to explore what is happening, bring different perspectives into the conversation, learn from experience and work towards meaningful action.

My role is not to arrive with all the answers.

I guide the enquiry, ask questions, hold the space and draw on the collective knowledge and experience already in the room.
