As Lead Consultant, Natasha guided a structured Conversation with a Purpose, combining facilitation and strategic advisory support to help those involved make sense of the change, gain clarity and identify practical next steps.
Outcome
The work supported the transition from strategy to implementation, providing greater clarity around the process, recommendations and the actions needed to move forward.

Bournemouth University

We were delighted to work with BU Business Innovation on inclusive entrepreneurship, bringing students and staff together to explore what creates a healthy entrepreneurial ecosystem and the challenges that can affect an entrepreneur’s ability to thrive.
Through Puppet Power, we used play, puppets and purposeful conversation to open up deeper conversations, surface different perspectives and explore what needs to change to create more supportive conditions for entrepreneurship.
A different way to have Conversations with a Purpose — through the power of play.

Bournemouth University
We worked with Bournemouth University and industry leaders Wessex Archaeology to bring different perspectives together through a purposeful, enquiry-led session focused on collaboration and what could come next.
Outcome
The session created greater clarity around working together on a new course curriculum, while also establishing a three-year vision and milestone plan to guide the partnership forward.
A focused conversation became a clearer shared direction — connecting immediate action with a longer-term vision for collaboration.
