Dance Along the Coast

A Conversation with a Purpose to inform the decision-making of a new partnership with Lighthouse Poole, Pavilion Dance South West and The Mayflower Theatre in Southampton.

Inviting creatives from across the South West to gather for a facilitated conversation on the challenges in the industry, what is working well and what could the future look like.

Plymouth Culture

Natasha Player & Co. are delighted to work with Plymouth Culture and the  National Portfolio Organisations across the city. We will be facilitating a series of Conversations with a Purpose underpinned by an Action Learning approach to actioning change to move forward with their anti-racist action plan.

Your Shout Diversity Consultancy Report

Consultation with ethnically diverse residents, cultural organisers and other stakeholders regarding awareness, opinions and interests in arts and culture delivered across city-wide Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole.

Findings informed Compacts Business Plan and Cultural Strategy. 

NP & Co. offered mentoring, funding guidance to diverse-led festivals, organisers and independent producers.

Initiating diverse-led networks for a more equitable & inclusive approach to stakeholder engagement and increasing inclusive representation in the arts and cultural sector.
