Service Description

Come along and join together, Connecting, Releasing, Laughing, and Grounding our bodies and soul. An in-person session, a choreographed dance class. A movement vocabulary that sets your soul on fire with an introduction to the 'Loketo' grounding technique pioneered by Zab Maboungou where we sweat, move and jump for joy. It is a lovely place to connect and gather in a union of energy, movement and laughter.
