NATASHA PLAYER & Co.
Hi!
I am Natasha Player. I am passionate about inclusion and
under-representation connecting individuals from ethnically diverse*, often marginalised backgrounds in the creative industries.
I believe that by creating warm, human-centred, and inclusive places, spaces, and experiences, people can feel a genuine connection to your organisation.
From my years of experience working in the sector as a creative producer, programmer and change-maker, I discovered that the most effective way to start creating such connections is through having open, honest conversations, remaining curious and building tolerant teams within organisations.
I skillfully open up connections and work to draw out people's mutual respect and understanding. thorugh brave conversation to identify meaningful action. My work comes from my extensive insight and network of the UK's diverse diasporas and international relationships, from Northern and Sub Saharan East and West Africa to East Asia.
By unifying differences, we foster a valued and respected diversity of perspectives that drives innovation and uncovers untapped opportunities through collaboration and co-design.
Below you can find what I do, the associates I work with and the great people and organisations we have visited.
