Service Description

Action Learning is a swift and supportive facilitated approach to addressing significant organisational and leadership challenges. This course offers 4 * 3 hour sessions every 4-6 weeks By signing up and taking action-focused time out from the day-to-day business of leadership, you will have the opportunity to pause, reflect, and discuss your complex leadership problems through an inquiry framework in a non-judgmental space. This provides an opportunity to explore new perspectives with peers working in the creative industry, enabling you to identify actions to move your challenges forward through facilitated inquiry. In this supportive environment, leaders can explore innovative solutions and are encouraged to think differently, fostering both personal and professional growth. Also, equipping yourself with new leadership skills and inclusive practices to share with your team.
